These terms are set by Stack AI Solutions (“STACKAI”, “we”, “us”). Part A covers this website, stackaisolutions.com. Part B is the terms of service for TalentPool AI, our recruiting product. Client projects are governed by the agreement signed for each one, not by these terms.
Part A: This website
By using this website you agree to these terms. The site's content, design and code belong to Stack AI Solutions; you may read, link to and share it, but not copy it for commercial use without our permission.
AI features
Buddy, the live agent demo and the AI Gaps Finder generate answers automatically. They can be wrong or incomplete, and they are not professional advice or a proposal from us. The agent demo shows how we scope agentic builds; it is not a substitute for a discovery call. How what you type is handled is set out in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- send automated or bulk requests to the forms or AI features, or try to get around their limits;
- try to make the AI features produce harmful, unlawful or misleading content, or reveal how they are built;
- submit information you have no right to share, including other people's personal information;
- attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.
Liability
The website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee either. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website or from relying on the AI features' answers. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Part B: TalentPool AI
These terms govern use of TalentPool AI, provided by STACKAI. If your organization has signed an order form or master agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms where they differ. By using TalentPool AI you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.
1. The service
TalentPool AI builds a talent pool from mailboxes and files you connect or upload, ranks candidates for jobs, and runs AI screening interviews. Features may change over time. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during its term.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure.
- Workspace owners and administrators control who has access, and are responsible for activity in their workspace.
- Tell us promptly at support@stackaisolutions.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your data
- You keep all rights to the data you bring into TalentPool AI: email content, resumes, candidate and job information. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy.
- You confirm that you have the right to connect each mailbox and to process the candidate information in it for recruiting.
- You are responsible for giving candidates any notices required by law, and for obtaining any consents required by law. For example, some jurisdictions require notice before AI is used in hiring. TalentPool AI provides consent screens and notice text for AI interviews.
- You can export your data at any time. After your subscription ends we delete your workspace data, as described in the privacy policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use TalentPool AI to discriminate unlawfully against candidates, or to infer protected characteristics;
- connect mailboxes you are not authorized to access;
- use it to send spam or unsolicited messages;
- attempt to access other customers’ data, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it;
- resell the service without our written agreement.
5. AI features
Scores, rankings, assessments and interview scorecards are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. They are aids for recruiters. People at your organization must make, and remain responsible for, hiring decisions. Candidates must be able to ask for a human review of decisions made with these features.
6. Third-party services
Connecting Google, Microsoft, WhatsApp or other services is optional, and those services are also governed by their own terms. Our use of data received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
7. Fees
Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout or in your order form. Usage beyond plan limits may be paused or billed as agreed. Fees are exclusive of taxes.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using TalentPool AI at any time. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms or a security risk, and will tell you why. If either party materially breaches these terms and does not cure the breach within 30 days of notice, the other may terminate.
9. Warranties and liability
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, TalentPool AI is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Each party’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. For material changes we will give customers at least 30 days’ notice.
